1. Introduction FeedMee, Inc. (dba Meelo) ("Meelo," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Meelo mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This policy reflects our current beta version and will be updated as the product and our third-party integrations evolve.

2. Eligibility The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using Meelo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We verify age at the time of account creation. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly.

3. Information We Collect We collect information that is linked to your identity across several categories. This includes contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number. We collect location data, including both precise and coarse location, to power recommendations and features relevant to where you are. We assign and store identifiers including a User ID and Device ID to operate and personalize the Service. We collect usage data reflecting how you interact with the product, such as features used, suggestions accepted or rejected, and transaction behavior. Where voice features are enabled, we collect audio data. We also retain customer support communications you send to us. Finally, we collect diagnostic data including crash reports, performance metrics, and related technical data to maintain and improve the Service.

4. How We Use Your Information We use collected data to provide and operate the Meelo Service, personalize your experience including meal suggestions, grocery recommendations, and household management features, and facilitate transactions and orders through third-party service providers. We use your information to deliver SMS-based interactions, which are core to the Service, and to power voice-enabled features where applicable. We also use data to improve performance, fix bugs, optimize features, conduct internal analytics, respond to customer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Data collected for a specific purpose will not be repurposed for a different use without your explicit consent, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Service Providers We work with third-party service providers to power certain features of the Service. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their specific function. Examples of functions performed by third-party providers include order fulfillment and grocery delivery facilitation and analytics/performance monitoring. These providers do not receive access to your personal identifying information beyond what is strictly required to complete their designated function. They are contractually required to protect your data to the same standard described in this Privacy Policy and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Meelo. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers.

6. Data Linked to You The following data types are collected and linked to your identity: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Device ID, User ID, Precise Location, Coarse Location, Product Interaction Data, Audio Data, Customer Support Data, Performance Data, Crash Data, and Other Diagnostic Data.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by deleting your account or contacting us at support@meeloai.com. You may permanently delete your Meelo account at any time from the Profile/Settings section of the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal data associated with your account from our systems. This action is irreversible.

8. Your Rights and Consent You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of non-essential communications. You may withdraw consent to data collection at any time by deleting your account via the Profile section of the app or by contacting us directly. 9. Security We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy We will update this policy as our product, features, and third-party integrations evolve. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
