Delete your Meelo account
This page explains how to delete your account and data with the Meelo app by FeedMee, Inc.
Sorry to see you go! Here are the instructions for permanently deleting your account and data:
In the app
Open Meelo.
Go to Profile » then Settings (gear) » then Account details.
Tap the 3-dot menu icon at the top-right corner.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm.
By email
Email support@meeloai.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm by reply and delete within 30 days.
What we delete
Your profile and personalization details
Recipes, cookbooks, grocery lists, pantry and calendar
Conversations with Meelo
Posts, messages and community content
Photos and uploads
What we keep, and for how long
Records we must keep by law, e.g. purchase records
Reports and moderation records involving other users
Anonymous usage data that can’t identify you
